Our clients were looking for a space that would not evoke memories of a hospital, but would still feel neat and clean. This inspired us to choose self-sufficient, clear and simple materials, such as metal, plaster and micro cement. We rounded up the corners and added soft curves to the edges, repeating the texture patterns of the walls on the floor, and so visually bringing the space together.

The floor pattern references cream applied to the skin, and the soft light adds to the space a quality that makes it look very much unlike at the doctor’s.
